Our hemp fabric supplier for the outer panel provides the most sustainable hemp textiles in the market. The hemp is grown hydroponically, without any chemicals and spun in a mill that is solar powered.

The inner panel is anti-bacterial fabric which is finished without many of the chemicals used in fabric finishes which are harmful to be next to your mouth. It is not mercerized or bleached with an optical whitener. It is eco washed.  At the end, biocide is added to the fabric to achieve the antibacterial quality which will last for 100 washes.
